“This is certainly possible, but not in the way that he did it. The divergence of the two halves of the bullets are much wider than that. It’s a common trick to put a two headed ax into a piece of wood, with two clay pigeons on either side of the ax. Then you shoot at the ax head, and break both of the clay disks.
